INMA has established a Quality Management System in accordance with SR EN ISO 9001:2015, promoting a policy aligned with the organization’s overall strategy, in order to meet the expectations of clients and other interested parties.
To this end:
-
The processes required for the INMA Quality Management System (QMS) have been identified and applied within the organization;
-
The sequence and interaction of these processes have been determined;
-
The criteria and methods necessary to ensure both effective operation and control of these processes have been established;
-
The resources and information required to support the operation and monitoring of these processes have been made available;
-
These processes are monitored, measured, and analyzed;
-
The necessary actions are implemented to achieve planned results and ensure the continuous improvement of these processes.
When INMA uses processes outside of its Quality Management System (QMS) that could affect the conformity of products or services with requirements, INMA ensures that these external processes are properly controlled.
The QMS within INMA is established, documented, implemented, maintained, and continuously improved in accordance with the requirements of SR EN ISO 9001:2015.
INMA’s top management ensures that responsibilities and authorities for relevant roles are assigned, communicated, and understood throughout the organization.
he authority and responsibility for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the management system are delegated to the Quality Management Representative, as well as to all process owners.
INMA personnel are responsible for:
• Participating in the implementation of the QMS policy;
• Applying QMS procedures, as well as the general technical and organizational documents relevant to their specific activities;
• Achieving specific objectives to fulfill the general goals established by the QMS policy;
• Identifying and addressing risks and opportunities specific to the activities carried out;
• Implementing improvement measures defined at the process level within their respective departments as part of the QMS.
Standardization activities are carried out within Technical Committee CT 77 – “Agricultural and Forestry Machinery, Tractors, and Irrigation Techniques”, whose secretariat is held by INMA, as well as within the ROCASCO Committee – “Conformity Assessment”, with which INMA collaborates on international and European standardization through ASRO experts involved in this Technical Committee.
