Administration, Human Resources, and Organization Service (AHROS)

Ensuring the proper functioning of INMA’s Quality Management System through:

  • Maintaining the operational condition of INMA’s workspaces

  • Providing upkeep and cleanliness of the buildings

  • Ensuring a healthy working environment for all employees

  • Caring for green spaces

  • Improving efficiency and properly coordinating the work of the entire administrative staff

  • Keeping accurate and up-to-date records related to administrative, personnel, and organizational activities

Human Resources:

Managing human resources in direct connection with the processes of recruitment, employment, the execution, and termination of employment contracts.

Archive:

Managing documents and records resulting from INMA’s activity, archived in accordance with applicable regulations.

Document Binding Activities:

Organizing and carrying out manual document binding tasks (e.g., test reports, registers, ring binders, etc.).

Library Activities:

Facilitating access to information by providing all INMA employees with the necessary materials for information, documentation, and research purposes.
