Results phase 1/2018:

v Prospective study related to the identification of sources and opportunities for innovation within the IND-AGRO-POL cluster, Pitesti branch and inter-clusters;

v Prospective study related to the identification of the main categories of products / technologies / services / processes in the field of the cluster and of their main characteristics, according to its RDI directions, offered by competing companies;

v 6 innovation audits, with the business review component, carried out at companies from the cluster in the South-Muntenia Region, in which the strengths and weaknesses of these companies in the field of innovation, their need in terms of innovation and training in this field, as well as opportunities for collaboration based on both the innovation offer of the cluster and their need for innovation;

v Market study in which the main market trends in the field were surveyed, at national / international level;

v Silver label granted by ESCA - European Secretariat for Cluster Analysis (http://www.inma.ro/indagropol/silver.htm): in order to evaluate the cluster management entity, from the point of view of excellence in cluster management, an innovation audit was carried out by ESCA after which IND-AGRO-POL was awarded with the silver medal for excellence in cluster management;

v Identifying opportunities for inter-cluster and transnational collaboration, by participating in 2 transnational brokerage events (b2b, c2c) (Bucharest, 01.11.2018; Oradea, 20.11.2018);

v The web page of the project (section on the web page of the cluster), in Romanian (http://www.inma.ro/indagropol/index_files_ro/proiecte.htm) and in English (http://www.inma.ro/indagropol/proiecte.htm);

v Dissemination of project information on the Facebook social network (https://www.facebok.com/indagropol/?ref=br_rs);

v The poster of the project in Romanian (http://www.inma.ro/indagropol/index_files_ro/Poster_RO_%20INDAGRO_30102018.pdf) and English (http://www.inma.ro/indagropol/Poster_portrait_%20INDAGRO_Eng_31102018.pdf), which was presented within the workshop at the Pitesti Branch of the cluster and at the international symposium ISB-INMA TEH'2018;

v The project flyer, in Romanian (http://www.inma.ro/indagropol/index_files_ro/flyer%20RO_INDAGRO_30102018.pdf) and English (http://www.inma.ro/indagropol/flyer_INDAGRO_Eng_31102018.pdf), which was distributed in over 50 copies at the 2 events mentioned above as well as at the "Joint Romanian - Hungarian International Cluster Conference 2018", on 20-22.11.2018, in Oradea and Debrecen, Hungary;
